Collaboration with the Public Health Directory in Maimana/Province Fayrab/Afghanistan.

In June 2020 a collaboration was started with the public health directory in Maimana / Province Fayrab / Afghanistan.

The province of Faryab is one of the most dangerous provinces in Afghanistan. Most of the province is under the control of the Taliban. The capital Maimana is under a province controlled by the government.

The Physis Foundation received an invitation to support the Health Department in Maimana to develop strategies to improve mortality and morbidity in the Covid 19 pandemic.
